Peacefully situated along a quiet lane on the edge of the picturesque village of Goathland, perhaps better known as Aidensfield in the TV series "Heartbeat", this spacious semi detached property is very well presented, extremely well equipped and tastefully furnished to a high standard. It has a lovely open fire to gather round on cooler days and a delightful rear garden and summerhouse, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the pretty moorland villages in the National Park and the unspoilt sandy bays along the Heritage Coastline. There is a myriad of footpaths across the moors and a short stroll takes you to the centre of the village where the sheep gambol around the common. Goathland has several tea shops, character inns serving meals, craft shops, and the famous North York Moors Steam Railway can be joined at Goathland station for a nostalgic journey through spectacular scenery along the way, or couples can enjoy a romantic evening meal. The vibrant port of Whitby with its Captain Cook connections, quaint cobbled streets and colourful marina is only a 15 minute drive away.

Sleeps:6/7
